Take marks — the cut list
Every play-from-the-top is a take. Stinger records: start, pauses over 1.5 s (Voice/Track), resumes, re-reads (a backward nudge, a jump back, or Track catching you re-reading), restarts, section jumps, and end. Each take is saved as `<script> — take N — <date>.md` in `~/Library/Application Support/Stinger/Takes/` (File › Reveal Takes Folder). Timestamps count from the end of the countdown; the file says how many seconds to add if your recording started when you pressed play. File › Export Last Take Marks… saves the latest take anywhere.
