How do I show Stinger in a demo or webinar?

Stinger is hidden from screen capture by design. Use Prompter › Demo Mode (⌘D) to make the panel visible in recordings and screen shares — it adds a red 'DEMO · visible to screen capture' badge and turns off when you quit.

What happens when I turn Demo Mode on?

Demo Mode makes the prompter panel and notch cover visible to screen capture (Zoom, Meet, OBS, etc.) so viewers can see it during a webinar or tutorial. The red 'DEMO · visible to screen capture' badge stays on the panel as a reminder. Ghost Check refuses to run while Demo Mode is active, so you can't accidentally mistake a demo capture for proof the app is invisible.

How do I turn Demo Mode off?

Demo Mode is never saved. Quit Stinger and relaunch it — the prompter goes back to being invisible to screen capture by default. You can also toggle it off with Prompter › Demo Mode (⌘D) before you record or share.
