How do I activate my Stinger license?
Open Stinger, choose Stinger › License…, paste your license key, and press Activate. A paid key covers your own two Macs; the trial covers one.
Where do I find my license key?
Find the key in your purchase email or sign in to My Stinger with the purchase email and a six-digit code. Reveal and copy your key there.
Can I use one license on multiple Macs?
A paid license covers your own two Macs. The trial covers one. Deactivate an old Mac before moving its slot to a new Mac.
What does 'activation limit reached' mean?
An earlier Mac is using a slot. Sign in to My Stinger, find the old Mac, and choose Deactivate. Then activate Stinger on your current Mac.
How do I deactivate Stinger on a Mac I'm no longer using?
Open Stinger › License… on the old Mac and choose Deactivate this Mac, or remove it remotely from My Stinger. Your script files are not deleted.
What if my license is missing or expired?
Check the email address on your purchase receipt and use that address for My Stinger. If the license has expired, access and updates stop while script files remain. If you expected an active renewal, contact support with your receipt details. Never send your full card number.
Where do I manage billing and Premier minutes?
My Stinger shows available Premier minutes, Mac slots, renewal details, receipts, and eligible upgrade or top-up actions. You can cancel renewal there or resume an eligible canceled renewal during its paid period. Extra practice minutes are used after the monthly inclusion.
